Horace Freeman DDS
Dr. Horace Freeman DDS is a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., with over 26 years of experience. A former Army Officer (Major) with the Jamaica Defense Force, he is also an honorary member of the U.S. Army Medical Department in San Antonio, TX. At the time of his military retirement, Dr. Freeman served as head of his Army Station’s Dental Department and received multiple commendations for excellence from both the Jamaican and U.S. armies.
In 1996, Dr. Freeman completed a General Practice Residency in Bronx, NY. Since then, he has dedicated himself to continuing education, completing hundreds of hours of advanced training, particularly focusing on surgical procedures and implantology. His most influential courses include the Implantology Mini-Residency in Miami, FL, Advanced Dental Implants in Orlando, FL, and 3rd Molar Extractions in the Dominican Republic.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Freeman is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, biking, swimming, and running.
Kiana Rostamiani DDS
Dr. Kiana Rostamiani, DDS—known to her patients simply as Dr. Kiana—earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. There, she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
She is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Maryland Dental Society, and actively stays up to date with the latest advancements in the field. Internationally published, Dr. Kiana continues to engage with dental research to bring evidence-based practices to her patients.
Dr. Kiana has a comprehensive background in restorative dentistry, implant restorations, and is experienced in treating sleep apnea patients, using custom oral appliances. She is also Invisalign® certified and enjoys helping patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles. Known for her warm and compassionate approach, she especially enjoys working with children of all ages, making visits comfortable and positive from an early age.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Kiana is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers with the Southern Maryland Dental Society, helping provide care to underserved populations in the region. She is Fluent in Farsi, and values creating meaningful connections with patients from diverse backgrounds. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Kiana enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog!
Yun Joo Jung DDS
Dr. Yun Joo Jung DDS is a skilled and compassionate general dentist with over 10 years of experience providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. She is known for her conservative, personalized approach and her commitment to making every visit comfortable and stress-free.
Dr. Jung offers a full range of services, from preventive and restorative care to advanced cosmetic treatments, including veneers and teeth whitening. She is also Invisalign® certified, helping patients achieve straighter, healthier smiles with clear aligner therapy. For Dr. Jung, dentistry is about more than just teeth — it’s about improving her patients' confidence and overall quality of life. She takes great pride in the accuracy of her work and in building long-term relationships based on trust and respect. Dr. Jung earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. She is fluent in Korean and committed to providing exceptional care to every patient she serves.
