Business Operations Coordinator – IT

 As the Business Operations Coordinator – IT, Ivan manages the day-to-day technology infrastructure of the dental office to ensure smooth and secure operations. He oversees all IT systems, implements updates, and troubleshoots technical issues to support staff and enhance patient care. In addition, Ivan coordinates and manages contracts with insurance providers, ensuring accurate and timely communication and compliance. He serves as a key liaison between the practice and insurance companies, helping to streamline billing processes and optimize reimbursement.

Ivan’s role is essential to maintaining the efficiency of office operations and supporting both clinical and administrative teams.

Front of House - Reception 

 As the first point of contact for our patients, Gabriella ensures every visit begins and ends smoothly. She manages check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and helps coordinate appointments with care and attention to detail. Gabriella is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment, answering patient questions, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Lead In-House Laboratory Technician, Crown & Bridge Specialist 

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in dental laboratory technology, Melissa brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She specializes in crowns and bridges, working closely with our doctors to create customized cosmetic solutions tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Throughout her career, Melissa has participated in advanced training programs across the country, continually refining her skills and staying at the forefront of dental innovation. Her deep knowledge and attention to detail ensure that every restoration is both functionally precise and aesthetically exceptional. Melissa’s passion for combining artistry with technical precision makes her an invaluable asset, consistently delivering results that are as beautiful as they are durable.
